eLearning and live courses, built for your business.

Apollo Accreditation builds bespoke courses for employers and training centres, online, in the room, or both. We design around what your people actually need to know, build it with our own technology and named industry experts, and host it on our learning management system or deploy it onto yours. When you want the learning to carry formal weight, the same course can go up through accreditation and quality assurance without starting again.

Free, no preparation needed. Tell us the outcome you want and we scope the course, the format and the route.

What this is

Bespoke course development for teams and whole organisations

Course development is where most clients start with us. We build training courses to your requirements, for a single role, a team, or the whole company, and we deliver them as self-paced eLearning, live or virtual instructor-led sessions, or a blend of the two. We build with our own authoring technology and a network of industry experts, so the content is right for your sector and not generic. You can keep it as internal training, or take it further and have it accredited and quality assured. We build it once, to a standard that holds up if you later decide it should be recognised.

Where course development sits

One relationship, from a first course to a fully recognised qualification. Start at the entry point and move up only when it makes sense for you.

Entry

Course development

We build the course to your needs, as eLearning, live sessions or blended, hosted on our LMS or deployed on yours. This is where most engagements begin.

Advance

Accreditation

When the learning needs to be recognised, we prepare and manage the submission to MFHEA in Malta, CPD bodies, or the right UK route, from gap analysis to approval.

Sustain

Quality assurance

We put internal and external quality assurance, assessment verification and standardisation in place, so recognition holds review after review.

You are not committing to accreditation by starting here. Plenty of clients only ever want excellent internal training, and that is a complete piece of work in its own right. The point is that if you do want recognition later, you are not rebuilding from scratch, because we designed it to that standard the first time.

What we build

Courses shaped around a role, a team or a whole workforce, in the format that fits how your people learn and work.

01

Self-paced eLearning

Interactive online modules your people take at their own pace, with knowledge checks, scenarios and tracking, built to run cleanly on our LMS or yours.

02

Live and virtual classroom

Instructor-led sessions, in the room or online, with facilitator guides, slides, exercises and assessment, delivered by our trainers or handed to yours to run.

03

Blended programmes

eLearning for the knowledge, live time for practice and discussion, sequenced into one programme with a clear learner journey.

04

Onboarding and compliance

Induction, role readiness and the mandatory training your sector expects, structured so completion is recorded and defensible.

05

Assessments and certification

Assessment that actually tests the outcome, with marking criteria, verification and certificates, ready to count towards CPD or accreditation if you take that step.

06

A company-wide academy

A structured library of courses across roles and departments, mapped into a learning path, so a whole organisation trains to one standard.

We build for the individual employee, the team, and the whole company. Tell us the outcome and the audience, and we scope the format that gets you there.

Industries we build for

We pair our learning designers with people who have actually worked in your sector, so the scenarios, the language and the risks are real, not borrowed from a template.

iGaming and online gaming Hospitality and tourism Financial services Retail and multi-site Property and real estate Professional services Compliance and regulated teams Technology and operations

iGaming

Player protection, responsible gaming, anti-money laundering, KYC and the operational training a licensed operator has to evidence, built for fast-growing teams.

Hospitality

Service standards, food safety, health and safety, and onboarding at scale for seasonal and multi-site teams that turn over quickly.

Financial services

Anti-money laundering, conduct, data protection and role-specific competence, structured so completion is recorded for the regulator.

Retail

Consistent onboarding, product and service training, and loss prevention across many locations, deployed once and delivered everywhere.

Property

Sales and lettings process, compliance, anti-money laundering and client care, built for agencies and property businesses growing their teams.

And other sectors

If your industry is not listed, that is not a problem. The method is the same: we bring in a subject expert from your field and build around real practice.

Our technology and our people

Two things make a course land: how it is built, and who it is built with. We invest in both.

Proprietary technology

Built on our own platform, not a template mill

We use our own authoring and delivery technology to build interactive, standards-based courses. Because we control the toolset, we can shape the learning to your process rather than force your process into an off-the-shelf shell.

  • Interactive modules with scenarios, branching and knowledge checks.
  • Delivered as clean, portable packages that run on any conformant LMS.
  • Completion, scores and progress tracked and reportable.
Industry experts

Written with people who have done the job

Every course is built with a subject matter expert from your sector, working alongside our instructional designers. You get content that is technically accurate and credible to the people taking it, not generic material with your logo on it.

  • A named expert from your industry on every build.
  • Instructional designers who turn expertise into learning that works.
  • Your own people reviewed in, so the course reflects how you actually operate.

Your LMS, or ours

A course is only useful if your people can reach it. We make sure they can, whether or not you already have a platform.

Host it on our LMS

No learning platform yet? You do not need to buy one to get started. We host your courses on our learning management system, enrol your people, and give you completion and progress reporting. You get a working academy without the setup and the licence overhead.

Deploy it on yours

Already running a platform? We build your courses as portable SCORM or xAPI packages that install and run on your existing LMS, so the learning sits inside the system your people already use, with your branding and your reporting.

Want your own platform to run long term?

If you would rather own and run your own learning platform, we build courses on LearnWorlds, and we can help you set yours up. It is a strong, well-supported platform for hosting, selling and tracking online courses.

From a course to a recognised qualification

Internal training is enough for many businesses. When it is not, the course you already have is the head start.

There is a real difference between a course that trains people well and a course a regulator or awarding body will recognise. Recognised provision has to be written to a level, assessed against that level, and evidenced. Because we build to that standard from the start, taking your course up to CPD certification, MFHEA accreditation in Malta, or a UK route is an upgrade, not a rebuild. For UK employers and providers, accreditation through Malta also gives a course a formal, EU-recognised level after Brexit. We tell you honestly whether accreditation is worth it for your case before you spend anything on it.

How it works

A clear path from a conversation about outcomes to a course your people are taking.

1

Scope

We map the outcome you want, the audience, the format and whether recognition matters now or later.

2

Design

We structure the course and its assessment with your industry expert, and agree it with you before build.

3

Build

We produce the eLearning, the live materials, or both, on our own technology, to a standard that holds up at accreditation.

4

Deploy and assure

We host it on our LMS or install it on yours, then support quality assurance and, if you want it, accreditation.

Common questions

Straight answers on how we build courses, host them and take them to accreditation.

Can you build a course for our business from scratch?
Yes. Building bespoke courses for employers and training centres is where most engagements with us start. You tell us the outcome you want and who it is for, a single role, a team or the whole company, and we design and build the course to that need, as self-paced eLearning, live or virtual sessions, or a blend. We build with our own technology and an industry expert from your sector, so the content is accurate and credible, then host it on our learning management system or deploy it onto yours.
Do we need our own learning platform to work with you?
No. If you do not have a learning management system, we host your courses on ours, enrol your people and give you completion and progress reporting, so you get a working academy without buying a platform. If you already run an LMS, we build your courses as portable SCORM or xAPI packages that install and run on it. And if you want to own and run your own platform long term, we build on LearnWorlds and can help you set yours up.
Which industries do you build courses for?
We build for iGaming, hospitality, financial services, retail and property, and for professional services, compliance and regulated teams, technology and operations, and other sectors on request. The method is the same whatever the industry: we pair our instructional designers with a subject matter expert who has worked in your field, so the scenarios, language and risks are real rather than generic.
What is the difference between eLearning and live course development?
eLearning is self-paced online learning your people take on their own schedule, tracked through an LMS. Live course development produces instructor-led sessions, in the room or online, with facilitator guides, slides, exercises and assessment. Blended programmes combine the two: eLearning for the knowledge, live time for practice and discussion. We build all three and advise which fits your audience and outcome.
Can a course you build be accredited later?
Yes, and that is the point of building it to standard from the start. Recognised provision has to be written to a specific level, assessed against it and evidenced. Because we design to that standard, taking a course up to CPD certification, MFHEA accreditation in Malta or a UK route is an upgrade rather than a rebuild. For UK employers and providers, accreditation through Malta also gives a course a formal, EU-recognised level after Brexit. We will tell you honestly whether accreditation is worth it in your case first.
Who owns the course you build for us?
You do, once our fees for that work are paid. We retain ownership of our own methods, templates and underlying technology, and you get a licence to use them to run your programmes. We set the terms out in writing before we start, so there is no ambiguity later.
