Practical workbooks for people who run things
Short, scenario-led workbooks you can read in an evening and start using the next day. Each one takes a subject a manager actually carries, compliance, procurement, training, and turns it into one clear method with a fill-in tool in every chapter. No jargon, no theory for its own sake.
Written by a training and compliance practitioner who builds and accredits courses for a living.
The books
Three workbooks, one approach: name the thing that matters, build a system a normal week can sustain, and prove it changed something.
Compliance Beyond Ticking the Box
Turn compliance from a cost you endure into a system that protects the business and drives its growth. For the manager who carries compliance without a department behind them.
Procurement That Performs
Turn supplier spend into growth and performance, with AI where it earns its place, and no procurement team. For the owner or manager who signs off the spend.
About the author
Stefan Gauci Scicluna is a training and compliance practitioner, a university lecturer and a doctoral researcher, and the founder of a professional training institute. He builds and accredits courses for employers and training providers for a living, which is where the workbooks come from. The method in each book is the same discipline he applies to client programmes, stripped back to what a manager can run alone.
